I have also tested the headphones and they work fine.

I have tried to set the playback to be through only the right headphone but this then plays the sound through the left headphone when it's testing I have already unistalled the drivers, restarted, and installed the latest drivers but this doesn't fix anything. But that is showing 'unavailable' in apps list after installation, due to some compatibility issue. I tried to install realtek high definition audio driver from Lenovos support page.
